Learning From Home
A message to our children and families
QuickTime video format [7.3 MB]
Within this section you will find daily home learning activities which have been set by your child’s class teacher. Learning will be
uploaded to your year group page by 5pm the night before. We encourage children to do as many of the activities as possible so that they continue to make progress whilst they are away from school. At
least once each week, you will receive a personal email from your child’s class teacher to see how you are getting on. We will be asking parents/carers to submit 2 of the tasks each week to the class
teacher via email, this may be a word file, a photograph of the learning or a scanned copy. This will enable teachers to track your child’s progress and give feedback. We will be checking off
responses and contacting families where we have had no response.
Teachers will also be available each day to answer emails from parents/pupils. Your child’s class teacher will add their school email
address to the bottom of each daily learning overview. If you are struggling to access the learning, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Within this section, you will also find lots of fun links and activities to help your child with their learning whilst they are away
We look forward to hearing from you all as we encounter this new landscape together.

Finally please be aware of any email or caller who asks for your personal details . The DfE have drawn our attention to such a scam relating to parents entitled to Free School Meals.
