Student Leadership – School Council
Our School Council, led by Ms Masters, is a team of pupils from Year 2 to Year 6 who meets regularly throughout the school year to discuss how the school is performing and how it is meeting the needs of the most important school members, the children.
The student leadership team discuss areas of school improvement, feed back on the changes and learning taking place across the school to the senior leadership team, and brainstorm ideas of ways in which the school could be a better, safer and happier learning space for them.

School Council lead Silly Science Day 2023!
The student leadership team brainstormed, planned and executed the day in order to raise money for more practical science equipment after they shared with leaders the desire to take part in more of the practical side of learning in their Science lessons.
The silly science day involved dressing up and completing in a variety of science based learning activities and investigations throughout the school. Our older pupils navigated the day with fine organisation skills and supported the younger pupils in completing some of the tasks.
