  • Your own name and date of birth
  • Your contact details
  • Your National Insurance Number or National Asylum Seekers Number
  • Your child’s name and date of birth
  • The school your child is attending/will attend

APPLY FOR FREE SCHOOL MEALS!

Once this has been done the parent and school will be
automatically updated with no further forms to complete.

The benefits to you and your child are numerous and in addition for every child on free school meals Curdworth Primary School will also receive extra funding (the Pupil Premium) from the Government, which we use to use support teaching & learning. It is therefore a wider benefit for everyone. If you would like further help applying for Free School Meals, please contact the school office on 01675 470379 or enquiry@curdworth.warwickshire.sch.uk
